Day 6: Scene That Makes Me Happy
I love this scene, when Webster gives chocolate to the little boy in “Replacements.” I love that despite being in this brutal war, the men still have heart and compassion. It’s such a small moment but it’s says so much.
She looked like me. It explained much that she had not truly understood. He wants me, she realized. He loves me as he loved her, not as a knight loves his queen but as a man loves a woman.
